Note: Before you receive work from us you must read and agree with the  Independent
Contracting Agreement below.

Independent Contracting Agreement:

The Great American Cleaning Company, referred to as CONTRACTING PARTY, and the person or company listed above, referred to as INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, agree:
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR shall perform the following services for CONTRACTING
PARTY:
Window Cleaning and / or Sales and Estimating. (providing independent contractor is hired)
at the following rate of remuneration: commission or bid per job.

This agreement shall begin on the date at the bottom of this agreement
and shall terminate 1 day after the last date of services rendered.
Contracting Party may terminate this contract on 1 days notice to
Independent Contractor for unsatisfactory performance of services rendered or any other reason
deemed necessary by contracting party in effort to maintain a sound
business structure.

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTING SERVICES.

THE CONTRACTING PARTY PROVIDES NO BENEFITS SUCH AS UNEMPLOYMENT
INSURANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE OR WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE TO
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE & LIABLE FOR THE COST OF ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES CAUSED BY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OR CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. 

CONTRACTING PARTY IS ONLY INTERESTED IN THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. 

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL TOOLS AND MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE TASKS AGREED TO.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES.

This agreement is only in effect should  independent contractor be hired to do work by The Great American Window Cleaning Company and in no way binds our company to hire you or your company.
